The Holland 332 | In partnership with the Cancer Council

The Holland 332 has been designed to give. That means giving families the space they need and the sense of home they are searching for, whilst also giving back to those affected by blood cancer.

The Holland is named in memory of a colleague and friend of SJD Homes, Kerry Holland, who sadly lost her battle with leukaemia in 2020.

In honour of her life, SJD Homes will be donating $1,000 from each Holland sold to blood cancer research in partnership with the Cancer Council.

Kerry Holland was one of the most generous people the team at SJD Homes had the honour of knowing.

She was always willing to lend her time and effort to family, children, friends, and others battling cancer in any way she could.

“SJD Homes is proud to partner with Cancer Council Victoria to fund blood cancer research. SJD Homes lost a dear colleague and friend, Kerry Holland, to leukaemia.

“Kerry was one of the most giving and selfless people we had the pleasure to know, so it is our mission to give back in her honour.

“Together with Cancer Council Victoria we hope to make a difference to Victorian’s impacted by cancer and their loved ones,” Mr Simon Dunstan, director of SJD Homes, said.

CEO of Cancer Council Victoria, Mr Todd Harper, said he was very excited to partner with a brand that cared so deeply about cancer research.

“Cancer Council Victoria’s mission is to prevent cancer; empower people and save lives and we couldn’t be happier than to partner with SJD Homes who shares the same vision in honouring the memory of their beloved colleague.

“Every year, more than 35,000 Victorians will be diagnosed with cancer, and 11,000 will die from cancer.

This partnership will be able to further our innovative work in cancer research, prevention and support,” Mr Harper said.

When designing the Holland, it was important to reflect these qualities by creating a home that home put family first.

That meant ensuring there is enough space for entertaining family and friends and a flexible number of rooms – both general bedrooms and optional guest suites.

The Holland is a ranch-style home suited to families of all sizes looking for a home to fit on a wider block or acreage.

At just over 33 squares, the Holland 332 features four bedrooms, two living areas, a study, a grand outdoor living, and a two-car garage as standard.

Additional variations of the floorplan allow homebuyers to customise the Holland with additional living spaces and bedrooms as needed, as well as guest suites and alternate outdoor living areas to suit the orientation of the homebuyer’s land.

The Holland 332 will be opening at Brandy Creek Views Estate, Warragul, in November 2021.
