“My First Home Build”

I recently had the pleasure of building with SJD Homes, and I can’t express enough how delighted I am with the entire home-building process. From start to finish, SJD Homes demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to service.

During the initial phase, they took the time to sit down with me, and recommend and help with design changes that I wanted to make to one of their plans, with some invaluable recommendations from the customer service team. All while this was happening, I would continually pop into their display homes, where I was always welcomed back, and all my questions answered or followed up.

Throughout the construction phase, SJD Homes maintained clear communication, keeping me informed about the progress and promptly addressing any concerns. The craftsmanship and quality of materials used in my new home surpassed my expectations. As I was not local whilst the build process was happening, I continually got photographic updates on the build as things happened, which was great for me.

It would be my pleasure to build with SJD again.
