Thanks so much to SJD for building out stunning dream home. Colette (building consultant) was N absolute godsend, she honestly made what I thought would be a scary and painful process – so easy and seamless. Her knowledge and passion really showed, her patience and commitment is what made the plans all come together. Without her, I think I’d have curled up in a ball and cried. Cannot thank Colette enough. Having Mat (site supervisor) was amazing, he is a top bloke who gets things done! Very easy to communicate with everyone throughout the whole build. We couldn’t be happier.
Cost variations weren’t a shock as we were kept in the loop and they were very upfront with pricing etc. Great quality workmanship and any issues that came up were rectified promptly with no issues. Post handover we weren’t just left high and dry – he had great follow up and communication with our site supervisor. Would highly recommend and would build with SJD again in a heartbeat.
