There will always be challenges with building your dream home as you would want to have everything perfectly, and to achieve this you need a builder with a lot of patience and to us we were fortunate to have made our research well and chose SJD Homes to build our home. We are quite happy with our end product despite minor items that will soon be fixed having only moved into our new home last week. A great thank you to the team who guided us through the whole building process including Leigh at Berwick Waters and our ever willing to help supervisor Shane. To anyone who is thinking of building forget about the so called big builders they will not give you the same personalised service that we got from SJD Homes.
